Section 1 of The Nuremburg Code (1947) states “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.”
Does tying Albertan’s Charter Rights including (but not limited to) freedom of religion, of peaceful assembly, of mobility, and to pursue the gaining of livelihood in any province to COVID-19 vaccine uptake, constitute a violation of Section 1 noted above, specifically, force and coercion?
What is your government’s plan if 70% of Albertans do not comply?
What happens if high case numbers return in the fall when influenza season returns?
Will Alberta be forced into lockdowns if cases increase in the future?
On May 3, 2021, Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill (SB) 2006. Governor DeSantis stated” this legislation ensures that legal safeguards are in place so that governments cannot arbitrarily close our schools or businesses’. In Florida, your personal choice regarding vaccinations will be protected and no business or government entity will be able to deny you services based on your decision.”
When will your government take a stand for personal liberties, similar to Governor DeSantis?
