Open Letter to Premier Kenney and the UCP Caucus

I sent the following questions to you on June 30, 2021. In light of your radical decision to create a two-tiered medical apartheid system yesterday, I believe we deserve answers to these questions now.
Cost/benefit analysis of Xi Jinping supported lockdown measures of the working well.
Onus of proof documents to state why our Charter Rights are being suspended.
Reasons why previous pandemic plans are being ignored in their entirety.
Case transmission data to prove that certain public gatherings are more dangerous than others, thus leading to an unequal distribution of restrictions, arrests and seizures of private property.
Ethical analysis completed to support participation in society tied to mRNA treatment uptake.
Additionally, the following questions should be addressed as to what your plans are going forward:
Given vaccination rates of 72% in Alberta, why have we failed to reach herd immunity?
What rate of vaccination will result in herd immunity, if any?
What happens when cases continue to ebb and flow over the upcoming influenza season?
Seeing as you have extinguished all “carrot” coercion methods, what further “stick” methods do you have planned in the future? (job terminations, denial of medical services, seizure of assets)
Other countries have implemented booster shots and are now considering a fourth shot. Why are you relying on a failing medical treatment as the only means to fight the virus?
Have you considered implementing monoclonal antibody treatments (Governor Ron DeSantis), the I-MASK+ treatment protocol (Dr. Pierre Kory) or any other potential early treatments that would save lives and remove pressure on the health care system?
Given your most recent flip-flop, it is my opinion that you and your government have lost the moral authority to govern. I ask that you resign and allow individuals who are focused on honesty, transparency and collaboration to lead this province forward. The virus hasn't upended our lives, government policy has.
